We like our mobile technology so much that we’re traveling to Nahunta, GA this week to pick up Luella’s BBQ new Lang Mobile Smoker!

Luella’s BBQ owner and pit boss, Jeff Miller has been looking for the right mobile smoker for a long time and he got the chance to see the Lang in action at the April 29 Blind Pig Supper Club event: An Evening of Mountains, Smoke & Magic at Franny’s Farm.

Jeff got to spend some quality time with South Georgia BBQ phenom Bryan Furman of B’s Cracklin’ BBQ. Check out this recent Thrillist article on Bryan. They both believe that sauce is a condiment and the meat should stand all by itself (well, with some awesome sides).
