We slather them again and put them back in the smoker just before we bring them to the table.
Of course we slice them for you.
Then we add them to a plate with delicious sides.

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure and honor of creating a special pumpkin sauce for Wicked Weed‘s Pickin and Pullin event. Of course, we thought long and hard about the ingredients, the ingredients that would blend well with our smoked pumpkin and Wicked Weed’s Xibalba Imperial Pumpkin Ale. This is the sauce that we’re featuring with 1/2 rack or full rack through the end of October.
